Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU customers — 14 days) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, EU-based customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

US Customers Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
