Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Processing Times

• Clothing & Standard Jewelry: Processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes approximately 7-14 business days.
• Diamonds & High Jewelry: Due to the valuable nature of these items, processing requires 3 to 5 business days for security checks, certificate verification, and specialized armored packaging.

2. Secured Payment & Escrow Process (For Diamonds)

To guarantee a 100% safe transaction for our customers:

1. Your payment is securely held by our authorized payment gateway upon ordering.
2. The funds are only fully released once the diamond is delivered, inspected, and verified by you.
3. All diamond deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt and a valid ID check by the courier.

3. Delivery Times & Tracking

• Standard Shipping (Clothing/Jewelry): Free worldwide shipping.
• Secured Express Shipping (Diamonds): Shipped via specialized fully-insured couriers (such as FedEx Priority, DHL Express, or Malca-Amit). Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days worldwide after processing. A high-security tracking number will be provided immediately upon dispatch.

4. Customs and Duties

All our diamond shipments are fully insured during transit. Any applicable customs duties or local import taxes for international orders (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the buyer.
