Article 1 — Purpose These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between Maison Bragga and any buyer making a purchase on maisonbragga.com.
Article 2 — Prices Prices are displayed in EUR or USD depending on your location. EU prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT). Maison Bragga reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Article 3 — Orders Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale. The sale is finalized upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Article 4 — Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept credit cards and other payment methods available on our site.
Article 5 — Delivery Delivery times are provided as estimates. Maison Bragga cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs services.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal (EU customers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU-based customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receiving their order.

Your payment is processed and charged immediately upon order confirmation.
To ensure total security for both parties, Maison Bragga uses a secured escrow payment protocol. Upon placing an order, your funds are temporarily held and locked by our authorized payment provider. The transaction will only be finalized, and funds released, after the shipment has been safely delivered to your address and verified. All high-value shipments are fully insured by specialized carriers and require a mandatory adult signature and ID verification upon delivery.
